WHAT ARE THE QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL TEACHER?
First
of all, teaching is known one of the most important and noble jobs all over the
world. Then, to be good at her/his job, what qualities should have a teacher
that contributes to shape a child’s from characteristic features and habits to
all learning from early periods? A good teacher should establish clear
objectives for her/his each lesson and try to achieve his/her goals. One of
his/her goals should be engaging in almost all students to the teaching
process. A good teacher should take attention of almost all students in all
teaching process. Another quality that a good teacher must have good classroom
management skills. If a teacher don’t achieve managing the class successfully,
then we can’t mention success there. A good teacher must communicate with both
parents and students and inform what is going on with their children in the
classroom. Motivation also plays a vital role both in the part of teacher and
student. A teacher has to be motivated to be successful and he or she has to
motivate students for their success. To be able to motivate his/her students,
first he/she must like working and spending time with children. Finally, the
last important quality is following and obeying the rules and regulations that
a good teacher must have. I must say one who has almost all these qualities
will be successful in his/her job.
